Mr.Khukhuu BOLD-ERDENE got his bachelor's degree in power systems and networks at the Ural State Technical University in Russia in 2001, and his master's degree in public sector administration at the National Academy of Governance in 2012. In 2018 he graduated RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia as a master's in electrical engineering. Mr. Bold-Erdene Kh was also awarded a degree of Consulting Engineer of Mongolia.

Mr. Bold-Erdene Kh. worked as an electrical engineer at the Erdenet Mining Corporation. From 2003, he has been working at the “National Dispatching Center” SO LLC as an automation engineer, a regime planning engineer, as the head of the Central Dispatching Department and as the head of the Power System Analysis and Planning Department from 2020.

Richard Schlirf is an associate partner of MacroConsulting international consultancy. He is an economist (University of Brussels, 1983). His career has mainly evolved around the following areas of competence: financial engineering and corporate banking; e-technologies; and economic regulation of infrastructure. For the last 20 years, he has specialized in utilities regulation and finance, and more specifically in strategic assessments; analysis of institutional, regulatory and tariff frameworks; economic and financial tariff modeling; and regulatory accounting.
Richard has led assignments in power sector regulation in more than 30 countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and also trained hundreds of regulators, government officials and operators
